yeah its papua new guinea. if you like the above you can search for a documentary called 'The Toulambi' to see the whole thing. if you dont mind being a dirty pirate i can search for the link i saw it from, its 2x 25 min episodes and is a decent watch. It looks like theres loads of them in the youtube vid but there arent that many of them as they got attacked by another tribe the day before, and a load of them died from malaria which is why they are making contact with them.

They keep moving all the time and those blankets the kids had on keep them warm while moving, keep the rain off them when wet, and they sleep on them.
