The RC cars are absolutely hideous. I'm starting to get used to the weapon balance a bit more now, the assault rifle kick threw me off a lot at first but I'm adjusting to it now.

EDIT: as it really bugged me last night I was curious, does World at War have a screwed up jump system as well? I miss being able to jump off stuff into good hiding positions and wait. Breaks the ultimate combat game metaphor when you're that crap a solider you can't handle jumping on a pile of bricks.

I've not noticed anything different with the jumping system and I've found plenty of sneaky spots on roofs etc although admittedly I've not tried doing any where you have to turn in the air so I dunno if that's what you're referring to?

They've balanced the game very heavily in every aspect...  One conclusion I've come to is that the M16 which was probably the best gun in MW2 is diabolical in this game..  The AK47u with rapid fire is my weapon of choice, I run lightweight pro, steady aim pro and marathon pro and I'm racking in scores of anything from 50 kills to 80 kills a game with under 10 deaths, my file share is full of awesome vids now :D, I'd heavily recommend trying this combo and just go easy on the trigger with the rapid fire SMG cos it's a beast, I play domination, CTF and the odd game of demolition and this rocks it.

RC cars prolly contribute to more than half my deaths in any of my games were I'm otherwise unstoppable cos sometimes there's just no avoiding them when your bullets won't hit them (which happens a lot when they're up close) :(

The pistols in this game are very nice, I love the Python and the snipers are great now, nothing pissed me off more than having a Barrett 50 cal which can blow a cow in half and having to shoot someone twice with it in MW2 to score a kill.  The bigger levels and some which have a more open plan design with some nice long stretches give some nice opertunities for them aswel I've found, on Array there's a pylon you can climb up near Domination point A which is awesome for sniping.

More that I try jumping off a ledge, onto a pile of rocks, and hit an invisible barrier where it just doesn't let me land.

I have to admit I much prefer modern warfare 2's guns as the reason i hate medal of honour and the regular CoD games is all the guns just feel the same, I like to fanny around with the different guns and attatchments and shit and by being set about 20 years ago my enjoyment of this is a little more limited, but its still a good single player game. not played the MP yet as have a naughty pc copy.
