Oh yeah indeed. Did you get the Wild Wasteland perk? If not, restart with it, some really nice touches that'll make you grin. There's loads of references to films and whatnot - I've just finished decoding a genius Sneakers reference :D

Back to the wasteland ..

If you go to Cottonwood Cove on the side of one of the buildings it says "Romanes Eunt Domus" which is a reference to Monty Python Life of Brian.

I've got the PC version which is a lot better than the console ones for the lesser amount of bugs and the super quick loading times. I've got Cass and Rex as companions at the moment, Cass is just awesome with the shotgun and Rex is just better than ED-E in the sense that i dont have to constantly listen to that BZZZZZZZZ noise behind me! I wonder if there are any more non-human companions in the game though?

annoying playing it with gaming headphones on. when you look right at someone they are really quiet so you have to turn to one side - any way to resolve that?

Split the thread cos it was gonna subsume the general one.

I'm getting a bit annoyed at the scripting errors. I'm getting responses from some characters that refer to stuff that clearly hasn't happened yet :(

All is forgiven though as the little references and in jokes are great. Just twigged the Neuromancer one that was staring me in the face for half an hour ::) Just had a total cringeing laugh as I decided to help recruit some prostitutes ... 'Fisto' the sexbot is just soooo wrong :o :o :o :laugh

Well, they said the full name "Fully Integrated Security Technotronic Officer" could be a reaaaal pain in the ass to remember so they opened up to the idea of calling it Fisto instead.
