The Comedy Tent
« on: August 06, 2007, 05:07:31 pm »

What a blinder, I had such a good time in there. I wasnt too keen on that Dr Who bloke but every other act I saw was top drawer. Frank Sidebottom getting everyone singing Love will Tear us Apart - IMMENSE.

Playing with Charlie Chucks dog backstage - the little guy was like peter shilton!!

Avril Springsteen getting tortured by fireworks!

I cant wait til next year! Charlie chuck had me in absolute tears.

Agreed, the comedy tent was superb. Good job, as it was the only real reason I went (apart from seeing what Pop would do during The Fifteen Minute Society's set of course!)

Frank Sidebottom was fantastic, as was Charlie Chuck.

Silky was terrific, despite being billed as 'family friendly' which he completely wasn't! I was not expecting the Nazi joke, legendary!

Rob Rouse is a really cool, down to earth bloke as well as a great standup  :mikeisahomo

A great weekend of comedy.
