Actually this is pretty common in USA for agencies (which is what this is), it covers them doing absolutely everything

'Pretty Polly Productions is a full service booking agency and concert production company specializing in college concerts, comedy, weddings, and private events/parties

With over 40 years in the concert production business, we insure well-planned, well-produced, professional events that will have your campus or company buzzing for months to come. Pretty Polly handles the entire artist booking and contract process, but that's just the beginning of our services; from start to finish, we're with you every step of the way. Whether you're looking for the best price on sound and lights from one of our vendors or the perfect catering menu, Pretty Polly will help to finalize the day and make you the star of the show. '

Didn't know it was common, seems to be a vastly different way of going about things to what bands do over here. If they reckon you can book adam green for $2000 including all sound and lights, fees, a massive buffet etc then I think that's an alright deal.

its american pricings and for college gigs (ie top whack). Id take that list with a heavy dose of scepticism - whoever has put it up is a retard for one, but aside from that there's far too many variables to just list prices of bands like that.
