From memory...

It's £2.50 for a [plastic] bottle of lager or alcopops [can't remember what ones they're supplying] and £2.70 a pint.

Definitely in that territory, but don't lynch me if i'm a few pence out!

nah, it'll just be me & a load of ugly bouncers, so a bit less Hollywood then.

The fence runs round an area that includes all the indoor and outdoor venues.

It's all on a very informative map which we designed today, and which will be available for public consumption at the end of next week.

All good!

Middlesbrough Music Live / Re:23 year old talking about the lobby
« on: May 04, 2007, 09:13:15 pm »
Who said we wanted less locals?  Don't know where these rumours start?

It was us who put bands into the Lobby last year, and it's been good to see it continue as a venue.

We're actually doing a second major outdoor stage for local acts thsi year - more resources and more slots than ever before.

Only reason we're not using it this year is because it's outside the main fenced festival site.

it's healthy that MML is spawning fringe events, but only comment is that people could waste a load of time waiting to go through security checks if they want to keep moving between the main site and the Lobby.

Might be a good idea to do it on the Saturday as a warm-up?

Only a suggestion - totally up to you - but mail me [graham@tenfeettall.co.uk] if you want to talk about any of this.

Totally gutted - euros childs won't be doing it...he wasn't ever confirmed but looked likely enough as we went to press that his agent was happy for us to include it as a tbc.

Got a couple of interesting potential replacements though, so keep an eye on the website....

hey cheeky, those signs are friggin heavy, and they've got big springs in that make them go in random directions...

...and at least i can spell my name right.

some consolation i s'pose.

Anyway, if you hang around there for long enough - days and days on end - then you might get to see that again sometime, which would be pretty exciting, no?
