People actually went to General Studies lessons! It's the biggest waste of time ever, not a single uni that I applied to even took it into consideration.
They don't teach you anything anyway in the lessons, the exams were about figuring things out and then you had to write an essay.

Don't get me wrong, kokos is well worth a go. Just that I've been there about four of five weeks in a row so I'm a bit sick of it.

Always meant to go there but we always ended in KOKO, which is alright on a friday night. There are much better places to go mind.

Theres a pub next to the Electric Ballroom that does 2 for 1 meals and 2 cocktails for £5.50.

If your going to go to the Natural History Museum then the V&A, Science Museum, Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Harrods etc. are all nearby.
Expect to pay £2+ at the very minimum for a pint in a pub, probably more like £3.
Clubs arent that more expensive than going out in 'boro.

Near where my halls were last year (Sussex Gardens, Paddington) there were loads of B&Bs with adverts outside for £15 per night rooms. They were a bit scummy though, I think that the reasonable looking ones charged about £25 a night per person. Or if you wanted to be flash theres a Hilton right by aswell.
